Eligible:
- People of any citizenship can apply for this scholarship
- Open to new student entry only
- Must have achieved a minimum requirement of academic merit (see in the table in Official Website)
- Applicants must meet all admission criteria, and are officially offered to the study degree in the University.
- Applicants must maintain great academic performance in order to keep the scholarship.
