The 2018 Awards Call for Young Entrepreneurs
The Unilever Young Entrepreneurs Awards is a competition, calling for initiative young entrepreneur of the year. This Program will help you take your sustainability initiative, product or service to the next level. If you have some idea about Sustainable Entrepreneurship, do not forget to enter this competition. Take a look at what you need to know about this award here:
Number of award: 8 place.
Value and benefit of award:
- Each years, some 8 winners will be provided financial support to help their business growing – with the overall winner of the HRH The Prince of Wales Young Sustainability Entrepreneur Prize receiving €50,000.
- Will be attending a residential Accelerator Programme run by the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, followed by one year monitoring support.
Eligible Entrepreneurship:
The project should initiatively related to one or more of the eight categories the Program is focusing on:
- Zero Hunger,
- Good Health and Well-being,
- Quality Education,
- Gender Equality,
- Clean Water and Sanitation,
- Decent Work and Economic Growth,
- Responsible Consumption and Production and
- Climate Action.
Eligible Competitor:
- Could be a student of any nationality.
- Must be aged between 18 and 35 (as of 29 June 2018).
- Is developing a project that are related to the 8 categories.
- The idea is unique and impactful.

Applicants need to tell the Competition about all initiative’s story so far, and the vision for its future. The more they can share, the better.
