Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship at Sciences Po University and Berlin University
The Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship, is looking for the brightest and the most intelligent student to do the Dual BA program between Sciences Po and Freie Universität Berlin. It is a bridge where international young potential have to opportunity to commit to Europe and Europe Culture by study in both Germany and France.

Value of award:
- Two years of tuition fees at Sciences Po,
- Living allowance of $6.000/year for the two years spent on Sciences Po
- Living allowance of $7.000/year for the two years spent at the Otto-Suhr-Institut of Freie Universität.
Eligible:
- The Applicants must be accepted to the Sciences Po’s dual BA with Freie Universität Berlin.
- Have an excellent academic performance
- Demonstrate great vision
- Have a commitment to help and under the service to others

- Essay on “The Future of Europe” (2,000 words) in English
