Job Description
ABA Bank is seeking a Social Media Content Officer to join its Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media activities in Instagram and Facebook to increase ABA’s online presence, including but not limited to creating engaging content, increase and retain the number of followers, and to expand the opportunities to convert them as ABA customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Bank’s existing social media channels
- Create engaging and shareable content for specific audiences
- Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our audiences
- Be able to design, implement, and monitor social media ad campaigns
- Run regular social media promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads to solidify ABA’s social media networks presence
- Create, implement, and manage content/editorial calendar for social media channels
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Specifications
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices in IG and FB
- Experience as an active Instagrammer, knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite and/or blogging.
- At least 1-year experience in social media management and content strategy within the digital marketing environment
- Experience with B2C social media, skills and experience in creative content writing
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make sound decisions
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
