The new postdoctoral fellowships program, Junior Leader “la Caixa”, is aimed at hiring excellent researchers—of any nationality—who wish to continue their research career in Spanish territory on any discipline. The objective of this program is to create high-quality, advanced research in Spain and to support the best research by providing them with an impressive and competitive environment to conduct great research.

Duration of the research program: 12 months in 3 years (because the researcher will have contract to the program for three years.

Eligible:
- Researcher who are willing to join a inspiring, interdisciplinary research and high-quality scientific environment
- Should have already earn Doctoral degree for three to six years when apply for this program
- Must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the call deadline.
- Have an excellence English Proficiency
