NUCB Housing Scholarships for International Students in Japan
We support academically outstanding students with more than 20 kinds of scholarships. 100% of our students receive some form of scholarship. Those that are not selected for an admission scholarship are given a MacBook Air. It is possible to combine scholarships, for example Pre-Admission, Housing and JASSO Honors.
Those who have achieved particularly excellent results in the entrance examination will be divided into one of three categories for a scholarship, split over two semesters
- Scholarship applicants are limited only to those who can acquire the “Student” status of residence from admission until graduation. The scholarship will be paid after enrollment
- Even if you are a scholarship recipient, it is necessary to pay the full amount required at the time of entry. Scholarships will be paid after enrollment
- Scholarship payments are made every semester up to a period of 4-years, and there are certain requirements for continued payment. Therefore, if the scholarship recipient fails to meet the requirements below after entrance, the scholarship may be suspended
- Those who obtain one of these scholarships will be required to pay for the school MacBook Air.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Scholarship
We offer a unique scholarship for students taking the IB Diploma. A minimum of 300,000 JPY tuition discount will be offered for those who score 32 points or higher out of a maximum of 42 points.

NUCB Housing Scholarship
All international students are guaranteed housing for all 4-years. NUCB Undergraduate School also offers housing scholarship to academically outstanding students, which is available for all 4 years (granted that students are meeting a certain GPA and attendance criteria for Year 2 and the subsequent years). Full time students in the Global BBA program will be allocated to Sanbongi (Campus) or Sagamine dormitories.
