- A round-trip air ticket to Japan plus a travel allowance of USD 500.
Eligible:
- Be a citizen of World bank member countries
- Be a good health applicants. (Certificate of good health may be asked)
- Holding a bachelor degree, or at least 3 year in University
- Haven’t receive any other graduate program by Japan Government
- Be under the age of 45
