The Senior Fellowship in Public Service Programme (SF Programme) is tailored to senior-level leaders in public, private and non-profit sectors. It features a rigorous curriculum that focuses on developing leadership and governance competencies of participants, equipping them with the tools to take on challenges at a global level. Against the backdrop of Asia, the programme developed and taught by academicians and practitioners, will explore key issues of the decade and significant trends as well as critical insights into the opportunities and challenges that follow. The SF Programme is more than just an advanced leadership programme, it is a fellowship. Participants will be known as Lee Kuan Yew School Senior Fellows. They will be able to network with talented leaders and high profile individuals, building priceless professional and personal connections that last a lifetime.

Who Should Attend

This programme is designed for senior leaders in government, non-profit and private organisations. Participants will likely hold positions 1- 3 levels from their organisation’s highest ranking officer.
