ITC Excellence Masters Scholarships for International Students in the Netherlands, 2023/24

RECEIVING A SCHOLARSHIP TO STUDY ABROAD CAN BE A LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE. SOME OF THE WORLDS BEST AND BRIGHTEST HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS.

The Faculty ITC of the University of Twente aims to attract students to its international classrooms who are eager to engage with what is happening in the world and use their skills to make our planet more sustainable. For that reason, it has established several scholarship programmes specifically designed to offer talented and motivated international students from developing countries the opportunity to pursue an MSc degree at ITC in the Netherlands in Spatial Engineering or Geo-information Science and Earth Observation.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMMES

Below we have listed some of the scholarship programmes for ITC programmes.

ITC Excellence Scholarship Programme for Geo-information Science and Earth Observation.

ITC Excellence Scholarship Programme 

ITC offers a number of partial scholarships for intake in its Master’s Geo-information Science and Earth Observation.

In a competitive procedure, scholarships will be allocated to students with excellent previous study results.

Applicants must be residing in and being a national of a country listed on the OECD approved List of Recipients of Official Development Assistance.

ITC Scholarship for Spatial Engineering

The ITC Scholarship for Spatial Engineering 

Programme offers a number of partialscholarships for intake in the Master’s Spatial Engineering.

These scholarships are available to students with a very good academic track record.

Applicants must be residing in and being a national of a country listed on the OECD approved List of Recipients of Official Development Assistance.

OKP Co-Financed Scholarship for ITC Master’s

The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) (the former NFP) is a scholarship programme co-funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is targeted at professionals from selected developing countries who, after their studies in the Netherlands, will be able to further develop and strengthen the organizations at which they work.

The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) finances the first academic year of your study. The remaining period of the study is financed by ITC.

MENA / MSP Scholarship Programme

The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Scholarship Programme (or MSP) funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers scholarships to professionals from ten countries (see the eligible country list here). The scholarships can be used for short courses, with a duration up to 90 days, in the Netherlands.

Orange Knowledge Programme (Postgraduate diploma and short courses)

The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) (the former NFP)

is a scholarship programme funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is targeted at professionals from selected developing countries who, after their studies in the Netherlands, will be able to further develop and strengthen the organizations at which they work. The majority of ITC’s programmes is eligible for OKP/NFP.
