The Masters (MS)/PhD Scholarship Programme aims to ensure the relevance and responsiveness of Southeast Asia’s agricultural scientists and professionals to global sustainable development issues.

ELIGIBILITIES
1. The SEARCA Graduate Scholarship is open to nationals of SEAMEO Member Countries ( Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam)
2. Who are regular employees of academic, research or government institutions
3. Not more than 35 years old at the time of application.
