Fully-Funded Rotary Peace Fellowship 2023-24 (Master / Professional Development certificate program)

Deadline for applications: 15 May 2023

Through academic training, practice, and global networking opportunities, the Rotary Peace Centers program develops the capacity of peace and development professionals to become effective catalysts for peace. The fellowships cover tuition and fees, room and board, round-trip transportation, and internship and field-study expenses.

Since the program began in 2002, the Rotary Peace Centers have trained more than 1,600 fellows who now work in over 140 countries. Many serve as leaders in governments; NGOs; education and research institutions; peacekeeping and law enforcement agencies; and international organizations like the United Nations and the World Bank.

Our fellowships

The Rotary Peace Fellowship is designed for leaders with work experience in peace and development. Our fellows are committed to community and international service and the pursuit of peace. Each year, The Rotary Foundation awards up to 50 fellowships for master’s degrees and up to 40 for certificate studies at premier universities.

Master’s degree programs

Accepted candidates study peace and development issues with research-informed teaching and a diverse student body. The programs last 15 to 24 months and include a two- to three-month field study, which participants design themselves.

Professional development certificate program

During the one-year blended learning program, experienced peace and development professionals with diverse backgrounds gain practical skills to promote peace within their communities and across the globe. Fellows complete field studies and design and carry out a social change initiative. This program is intended for working professionals. Fellows earn a post-graduate diploma upon completion of the program.

Application timeline

We are now accepting Rotary Peace Fellowship applications for the 2024-25 academic year. Candidates have until 15 May to submit applications to The Foundation. Rotary endorsers must submit endorsements to The Foundation by 1 July. Find endorsement instructions at rotary.org/endorsepeacefellows

Our approach

We see peace not as an abstract concept but as a living, dynamic expression of human development. Peacebuilding is a cornerstone of our mission as a humanitarian service organization and is one of Rotary’s areas of focus — the channels of activity through which our members make their mark on the world. Our programs, grants and fellowships focus on creating environments where peace can be built and maintained. Rotary believes that if concerned citizens work together to create peace locally, lasting change can happen globally.

    Member World Economic Forum
Member Research Gate has been declared as the best research in economics.
Research papers are being read in about 20 countries of the world.
Research papers are being read in 5 universities of the world.
    P. HD students are also reading the research paper.
Amnesty International has nominated a member.
Habib Bank Karachi Pakistan has served in important positions for 28 years, including many years as
Branch Manager. I have also received awards for best performance for many years.
I have served as Branch Manager in Habib Metropolitan Bank Karachi Pakistan for 5 years.
Currently engaged in new research regarding economics.
Has written many research articles in microeconomics and macroeconomics.
I have written many papers and articles to improve the economic conditions of poor and less
    developed countries.
This is my personal analysis, after seeing the current economic conditions of the world, now there is
a need to completely change all the economic analysis and thinking of the world, the current
economic system of the world has completely failed to solve the current economic problems.
My main focus is how to get the world out of economic crises, especially how to correct the economic conditions of poor and under-developed countries. The developed countries have
exploited the poor countries a lot, the people of these countries are living at a very low level of poverty , how can these poor people spend their life with the better manner۔They have also all the rights of the resources of the world ۔My entire research articles and research papers also available
on Google، Research Gate website and others social media channels towards this subject۔
Many economists in the world base their analysis on very old-style economy. My thinking is that the
world has completely changed, the economic conditions have also changed completely, so a new
and modern economic approach has to be applied. I am doing research regarding modern economic
trends, so that the economic problems of the world can be resolved. I am also specialized in the field o baking, I have also been a branch manager.
    Skills and expertise:-Economy۔
