BUCERIUS BUSINESS EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP IN GERMANY 2024
The Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship for young professionals with proven success in a business capacity or outstanding academic results in a business-related degree, seeking to apply for the Master of Law and Business (MLB/LLM) Program at Bucerius Law School.
One of the key principles of the Bucerius Master of Law and Business Program is bringing together young professionals from different fields to encourage learning from and with each other.
The scholarship is designed to promote such an interdisciplinary setting.
Selection Criteria
Candidates wishing to apply for this scholarship should:
- Satisfy the admission requirements of the Master of Law and Business Program
- Have experience in a business capacity (either through study or work experience)
- Have a record of excellent academic performance
- Clearly explain why they are seeking this scholarship
Applicants who are not selected for the Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarship will automatically be considered for other forms of funding.
Scope of the Business Excellence Scholarship
The Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarship covers 50% of the tuition fees for the Master of Law and Business in the value of 12.500 EUR.
This scholarship may be combined with any other scholarship. However, applicants do not qualify for any further discounts on the MLB tuition fees such as the Early Bird Discount.
Application Process
1. COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION FOR THE MASTER OF LAW AND BUSINESS PROGRAM
Set up an account in the Application Portal for the Bucerius Master of Law and Business and submit your application by 15 January.
2. SUBMIT YOUR SCHOLARSHIP MOTIVATION LETTER
Please complete the Scholarship Application Form and upload your motivation letter (approx. 1000 words) communicating your goals, aspirations, qualifications, and the reasons why you are seeking this scholarship by 15 January.
Selection Process
The Bucerius Business Excellence Scholar will be chosen by an independent selection committee made up of
- Bucerius Faculty,
- Administrative staff, and
- Bucerius alumni
Decisions regarding the scholarship will be announced around the end of February.
Applicants who are not selected for the Bucerius Business Excellence Scholarships will automatically be considered for other forms of funding.
