    Dear Alexander,

    Good Day!

I am keenly looking forward for a fully funded scholarship for PhD in Political Science. I am a Gold Medalist in MPhil Pol Science from University of Gujrat Pakistan. I have been working as an academician for past 22 years. Being a single parent of a minor son, I would want all available facilities like the locals have. I can present reference letters along with experience letters of working in the leading educational institutions of Pakistan that will reflect my dedication, commitment and devotion as a learner.

My research topic in MPhil was “Devolution of Power” that helped me to review the literature on federal features of any federation or unitary state. Decentralization is the essence of federalism that covers almost all the aspects of modern democracy. I am sure that under your kind supervision I can give the best of my potential to any ongoing PhD research project.

My aim in life is to excel and become a renowned researcher having qualities of 21st century’s scholar which is only possible if I am taken under the supervision of a learned professional like You.

Kindly consider this mail and facilitate me or provide me the privilege to work with you in a research project.

Looking forward to a very positive response!!

    Profound Reagrds,

    Ms Saima Naz
