Eligibility
The scholarship is open to both domestic and international applicants who are not already enrolled in the Master of Philosophy (MPhil).
To qualify for entry to the Master of Philosophy, you should:
- Submit a proposed research project that the faculty has the resources to supervise and support
- A completed bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with a minimum grade point average of 5 (on a 7 point scale) and relevant professional or research experience, or
- A completed bachelor honors degree (AQF Level 8) in a relevant discipline.
You must:
- Be able to take up the scholarship and begin full-time study preferably in February 2021, or at least before the end of July 2021
- Develop a research proposal that responds to and aligns with one or more research priorities in the Faculty of Education: see the priorities here.
- Demonstrate excellent capacity and potential for research.
The successful applicant must be able to enroll as a full-time, internal student.
Application Process:
There are two steps in the application process:
- Submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) by Friday 20 September 2020.
- If pre-selected, you will then be invited to submit a full application by Friday 30 October 2020.
