5 steps to live happily as teenagers

Have you ever complained about life? Sometimes, you may feel like life is stressful and exhausted, which you somehow do not really enjoy your daily life. However, those will be only temporary feelings once you know how to deal with them. Here are five main steps to get over those hard times and live your everyday life happily.

Having good time management

Most of us mostly complain that we are too busy and we do not have enough time to complete things. You worry of not being able to finish your tasks on time, and therefore you realize that you are very stress from day to day. Dealing with this issue, you really need to manage your time well by having clear division of time that you need to do every day. Once you have time to complete your work punctually with quality, your negative feelings will more or less decrease, and you are going to live happily.

 Be healthy

To live happy, you should make sure that you are healthy. Physical health does affect the way you live. You can enhance yourself by drinking enough water and having clean and healthy food. For instance, you may eat the food with adequate proteins and vitamin rather than eating junk food. Drinking water will benefit your body as well as your brain. That’s why, it is necessary to maintain your physical healthily if you are willing to improve the way you feel towards your life.

Having your journal

Writing down the way you feel from day to day could help you feel relief when you have bad days, or feel down. Having your own journal, you may write down the way you feel, what you want to take out from your life, what you are graving for from day to day. You can express whatever you have inside your chest through writing without worrying of judgment or whatsoever. Rather than just stressing out over things, you can let them out in your journal and begin to start your day happily again.

Spending time with yourself





After having your feelings written, you should spend your time alone to find yourself back after a tough day. You are recommended to mediate and feel your inner self besides just wasting time scrolling up and down your social media. Practicing meditation regularly will provide you the sense of relief. You may also spend time with yourself by reading, playing favorite instrumental music, enjoying the nature, so on and so forth.

Doing exercise

Last but not least, you should not forget doing exercise if you want to have a happy life. Exercise could relief your stress, and may wash your sadness away. After doing exercise, you may feel fresh, energetic, and better. It will give loads of advantages to your physical and mental health, which mainly contribute to how you live daily. Your life will become stronger, happier and healthier from day to day.
