Self-exploration and 21st-century skills
The programme allows participants to rethink and explore their personal interests and career vision while developing the most essential skills in the 21st centuries, such as interpersonal, public speaking, career-related, and design thinking skills.

Networking with Youth Leaders
The programme offers participants the opportunity to network and connect with other inspiring youth leaders in Hong Kong, as well as exchange culture with international guests and youths.

In this changing world, these are not only students’ concerns but also our mission — to develop global competence among youth! This summer, our 4-day, camp-style International Elite Programme offers secondary-school students the opportunity to build leadership skills, develop cultural awareness, and thrive in professional life. Under the guidance of international and experienced trainers from the University of Oxford, students will be able to widen their perspectives about urgent global and intercultural issues, as well as develop the most needed 21st-century skills while making friends with youth leaders and international friends. There will be chance for students to learn and create professional profiles with cover letters and CV, and explore potential career possibilities and life options, and gain valuable insights that can enhance their understanding of Liberal Studies.
