Award:
- Monthly allowance of 3,500 $ for domestic fellowship, and 4,000$ for international fellowship
- Travel allowance of 2,000$ for Domestic and 2,500$ for international
- Dissertation fellowship allowance of 2,000$ for Domestic and 2,500$ for international fellowships
Duration: 1 to 3 months

- Scholar of any Nationality
- Open to PhD scholarship with professional achievement
- Good background
