University of Texas Dissertation and Postdoctoral Fellowships in USA, 2020 (Fully Funded)
Research centers come alive when scholars are actively engaging with the resources those institutions house. To that end, fellowships are available to support residencies at the Ransom Center from one to three months for projects that require substantial on-site use of the Center’s collections.
These residencies come with stipends of $3,500 per month. Travel stipends and dissertation fellowships provide stipends of $2,000. International fellows will receive an additional $500 to offset visa and travel costs. Ransom Center fellowships are funded by a number of endowments and sponsors.
For its 2020–2021 fellowship program, the Ransom Center will award 10 dissertation fellowships and up to 50 postdoctoral fellowships for projects that require substantial on-site use of its collections. The collections support research in all areas of the humanities, including literature, photography, film, art, the performing arts, music, and cultural history.
