TUM ASIA & DAAD SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM IN SINGAPORE
Available for Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering & Master of Science programmes
The TUM Asia & DAAD Scholarship Project is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). This scholarship project is part of the “German Study Programmes Abroad” programme. This scholarship is only awarded to students during their candidature of study and not prior to admission.
Note: Students who are fully-supported (tuition fee and living stipend) by TUM Asia’s industrial partners or any other organization will not be eligible to apply for the TUM Asia-DAAD Scholarship. Students who are of the German nationality are not eligible either. Students who receive a TUM Asia scholarship are eligible to apply for the TUM Asia-DAAD Scholarship..
A limited number of DAAD Scholarships are awarded to students with outstanding academic results and distinctive moral character. Upon conferment of the DAAD Scholarship, the awardee will receive a partial financial subsidy for their tuition fee and monthly living stipend during their study with TUM Asia (TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY).
Selected awardees will receive the scholarship for a period of one semester (6 months). Depending on their academic performance per semester, the scholarship can be extended. The total maximum duration of the scholarship award is 3 (three) semesters (= 18 months).
Eligibility Criteria (for selection):
- Good academic results
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and good moral character
- Active in extracurricular activities and community services involvement
- In need of financial assistance to support their studies
