Prospective, first-time, first-year undergraduate students are automatically considered for the Presidential Scholarship, and the Trustees Scholarship based on their application for admission. Explore scholarships that require a separate application.
Presidential Scholarship
- Presidential Scholarships are awarded to admitted out-of-state first year students who demonstrate the highest academic performance. Recipients are selected based on the application for admission.
- Presidential Scholars are awarded a four-year (eight semester) merit scholarship, which ranges from $17,000 to $20,000 annually. No separate application is required.
- You must be enrolled in 12 or more credits per semester and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Renewal eligibility is evaluated at the end of each academic year.
Trustees Scholarship
- Trustees Scholarships are awarded to admitted out-of-state first-year students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance. Recipients are selected based on the application for admission.
- Trustee Scholars are awarded a four-year (eight semester) merit scholarship, which ranges from $8,000 to $15,000, annually. No separate application is required.
- You must be enrolled in 12 or more credits per semester and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Renewal eligibility is evaluated at the end of each academic year.
