The Lincoln 50% Global Scholarship is available to high-achieving international applicants joining the University of Lincoln in 2021/22.

Who is it for?

The University of Lincoln is delighted to offer 50% Global Scholarships to international applicants who demonstrate the highest levels of excellence in academia, extracurricular or personal endeavour.

In order to apply for this scholarship, prospective students must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an unconditional offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme commencing in 2021 or 2022.
• Meet the English language requirements of their intended course of study – this typically ranges from an IELTS 6.0 – 7.0 or equivalent.

In addition to meeting the above residency, academic, and English language requirements, candidates must also complete an International Scholarship Application Form. This was previously completed via PDF; if you have filled out a PDF application and are yet to submit it, please submit your application through the online form instead. It is important that we receive your application by 4pm (UK time) on one of the following closing dates:

For Courses commencing in September/October 2021
Round 1: Friday 12 March 2021
Round 2: Friday 11 June 2021
Round 3: Thursday 12 August 2021

The Selection Process

Please note that this scholarship is competitive and will only be awarded to candidates who demonstrate the highest levels of excellence in academia, extracurricular and personal endeavour. The above will be assessed by completing a 300 word statement as part of the Scholarship Application Form.

The University endeavours to notify all candidates of the outcome of their scholarship application within 10 days of the closing date.
