The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP)
This program offers scholarships to candidates from developing countries in a master degree program in in a development-related topic. After pursuing the program, you have to commit to return back your home country for applying your skills and experiences abroad.
Nationality: from developing countries, Cambodia is included
Scholarship award: tuition, a monthly living stipend, round-trip airfare, health insurance, and travel allowance
Level of study: Master degree program
Eligibility:
In order to be considered for scholarship, you need to:
- Be citizens of developing countries
- Not have dual citizenship
- Have good health
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree at least 3 years prior to the time applying for scholarship
- Have development-related working experience in paid full-time position

- Two recommendation letter

- Diploma of the applicant’s most advanced university degree
