SOAS Centre of Korean Studies Scholarship
A scholarship is provided by Centre of Korean Studies (CKS) for a student undertaking a full-time postgraduate research degree, whose focus is within Korean Studies.
Nationality: UK/EU, and international candidates

Scholarship award: maximum of £10,000 for tuition fees or living costs
Duration: one year
Area of focus: Korean studies
Eligibility:
In order be eligible, you need to:
- Be UK/EU and overseas applicants
- Be studying towards a PhD on a full time basis. New applicants (for September 2019 entry) and continuing students are eligible to apply
- Have thesis topic focus on an aspect of Korea
- Get an offer of admission to the degree programme by the scholarship application deadline
- Meet the English language requirement
