- Between 18-23 years old
- Passionate in Changing Cambodia
- Graduating High school before January 2018
- Living within one hour of Phnom Penh
- From low-income household
- Interest in pursuing Undergraduate program in US
- Already leaders in their school or community
- Have good common in English Language
- Have strong academic record
- Able to dedicate their days in February 2018 – June 2018 to complete the pre-college program. You must agree to not work at a full-time job during this period.
- Able to access a strong Internet connection and computer DAILY (this is very important and there are no exceptions).
