In order to be eligible, you need to:
- Be candidates from a developing country
- Already study in a German university
- Be willing to acquire a master’s degree or a PhD at a German university
- Be either a Catholic Christian or other religions if you they are proposed by Catholic partners
- Possess German language skills (at least general communication level)
- Obtain strong study performance and research
