Kettering University awards merit scholarships to admitted students at the time of admission. If you are selected to receive a merit scholarship, you will receive notification along with your letter of admission.

Criteria
Merit Scholarships are awarded to students based on academic performance.
Academic performance indicators used to assess incoming Freshman Merit Awards include a combination of ACT and/or SAT scores, plus GPA. Kettering uses the cumulative GPA to determine eligibility, as well as the highest scores on the ACT or SAT.
Academic performance indicators used to access Transfer Merit Scholarships include GPA and a minimum of 24 credit hours earned at their transfer institution.
All accepted applicants are reviewed by the scholarship review committee.
