Robert Foster Jewellery & Object Scholarship at NAU

Overview

Each year the School of Art & Design, ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences may offer an award known as the Robert Foster Jewellery & Object Scholarship with the aim of  providingt financial support to an eligible student undertaking research in the Jewellery & Object discipline at the School.

Funding for this award has been provided by the Tall Foundation.

Eligibility

The award is available each year to an ANU student who:

  • is a domestic or international student;
  • is enrolled in an Honours program (undergraduate) or Masters (Advanced) program (postgraduate coursework) in the School of Art & Design, ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences;
  • is undertaking a research project in the Jewellery & Object discipline at the School of Art & Design as evidenced by enrolment in the relevant THES 4000 or 8000 level course;
  • has an academic staff member from the Jewellery & Object discipline at the School of Art & Design as the confirmed supervisor for their research project.

Benefits

The Scholarship provides a one-off payment of $10,000 paid after the census date in the semester for which it is offered.

Applications are accepted between 1st April the year prior to the awarding of the scholarship, and closes on the 31st March in the same year of the scholarship
