NOW OPEN: QUT Postgraduate Research Award, International Students

This scholarships is for international future and current postgraduate students, in all study areas, full-time course only.

Deadline for applications: October 30, 2020.

Benefits

Awardees will receive:

• A living allowance for three years, indexed annually ($28,092 in 2020).
• International students might also be given an additional research degree tuition fee sponsorship.

NOTE: this scholarships is not an Australian Government scholarship, Awardees and their dependents will not be exempted from visa application fees.

Eligibility

• Meet the admission criteria for a PhD (PDF file, 235.7 KB)
• Apply for and be accepted into a PhD or professional doctorate.
• Meet the English language proficiency requirements (Test accepted: IELTS (Academic), TOEFL iBT (Internet-based), Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic), Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE), Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) – see below). The test must be taken no more than 2 years before the start of your course.
• Students from the countries listed below must apply via a QUT agent, if required. If you do, you can find an agent in your country: Africa (All countries), Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, North Korea (DPRK), Myanmar, Russia, Ukraine
