Good morning. My name is Jairo Fernandez and despite I had information about the Scholarship after the deadline, I am really interested to begin my PhD studies/research. I have a Bachelor in Language and a Master in Literary Creation from my country. I am highly interested in research about how languages influences in the culture and develop of a community and how the way we communicate and the use we make of language affects the way we interact and learn.
Based on the above, I would like to ask:
I may still able to apply for the international award?
If so, what is the procedure I need to follow to be success in my application?
Could I have an interview or a meeting to extend my ideas and observations?

Thank you in advance for your time.

    Kind regards,

    Jairo Humberto Fernandez Mojica
