Leadership and General Management ESMT women’s scholarships 2023-24, Germany

Deadline for applications: 31 May 2023

There is a lack of gender equality in global business. ESMT Berlin offers full and partial scholarships for women looking to advance in their career. We strongly encourage applications for the Executive Transition Program and the Bringing Technology to Market (both in English) or the General Management Seminar (in German).

ESMT Berlin is committed to addressing gender imbalance and to helping more women reach influential positions. These scholarships are offered in partnership with the 30% Club.

The 30% Club is a global gender diversity campaign, which aims to increase the number of women on boards, and throughout the pipeline. It started in the UK in 2010 and has since then expanded to fourteen other countries/regions. The 30% Club aims to develop a diverse pool of talent for all businesses through the efforts of its Chair and CEO members who are committed to better gender balance at all levels of their organizations.

Additional scholarships for the Executive Transition Program (ETP)
Exceptionally qualified and talented candidates (e.g. from startups, social enterprises, public sector or companies headquartered in emerging economies) might be eligible for additional scholarships that will be awarded on a case-by-case basis.
