• Have a minimum TOEFL score of 79 on the IBT, or 6.0 on the IELTS 
• If the students are from United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand, IELTS and TOFEL is not needed
• No admission exam for enrollment
• Have high academic performance
