Accommodation scholarships

What is included in the scholarship offer?

• Accommodation fees for a single student for a maximum of two (2) academic trimesters, valued up to $8,500 (the amount depends on individual colleges and the value of the scholarship awarded to individual students only). Please note that Accommodation Scholarships are not available to couples or students with families.
• Fully furnished residential student style college room with single bed, desk & wardrobe
• Utility costs (electricity, heating, water)
• Free internet and Wi-Fi access
• Campus Security 24-hours, 7-days per week
• Dedicated Residential Student Support, including academic support and tutoring
• Free airport or train station transfer within Armidale
• Residential orientation, activities, and special events

What is not included in the scholarship offer?

• Meals
• Linen, blankets, etc

How to apply

1. Apply for your UNE course via the Application Portal.
2. Obtain an Offer of Admission to UNE (Accommodation Scholarship is exclusive to the Armidale campus).
3. Complete the online UNE International Student Accommodation Scholarship application form and once you have your Offer of Admission and have met all admission conditions (EAP and degree packages are acceptable);
4. Accept your Offer of Admission and receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
5. UNE will advise you of the outcome of your Accommodation Scholarship.
6. Register in the UNE Accommodation Portal
