International Master’s Fellowships in England
International Master’s Fellowship is a scholarship program that encourage students from low and middle income country to involve in Research training, and held out their own research in the field of public health. The scholarship is funded by Wellcome; the famous biomedical research charity organization in England.
Where: Wellcome Trust (non-Profit organization), England
Nationality: Candidates from low and middle-income countries
Programme: The Fellowship will be receiving:
- 12 months Taught Master of Science course
- 18 months Research project.
Area or research: Public Health
Funding: The total funding for the 30 months of the fellowship will be £120,000, to support studentship living expense, fees and research expenses.
Eligible:
- Be citizens who come from low and middle-income countries (See the list of countries here: Country list
- Have a proposal that focus on Health issue in low and middle-income countries
- You could find, or have a sponsorship from an eligible host organization in a low-or middle-income countries
- You must hold a (clinical or non-clinical) Undergraduate degree in relevant subject.
- Are in your early stage of research career.

- The Host Organisation will review your application and submit it the Wellcome
- Scientific review from the committee for final decision.
