Degree program: Doctoral Study (4 years program)
Eligible:
- Be an international incoming students
- Hold a valid student visa and be registered full-time to the doctoral program
- Be starting a UBCO doctoral program in September 2018
- Have an admission GPA of first class standing
- Have excellent academic record
- Have remarkable research ability or potential
- Good at communication and leadership abilities
