IIAS Fellowship application at International Institute for Asian Studies, Leiden University
IIAS Fellowship programme is inviting scholars from all around the world to participate in this research grant in Netherland. IIAS is an institute that actively promotes innovative research and seeks the interconnection between academic disciplines. Therefore, in the up-coming academic year, IIAS provided research grant to international scholar under three IIAS clusters “Asian Cities, Asian Heritages and Global Asian”.

Grant Value:
This grant will sponsor your research by awarding a grant:
- A monthly grant of €2000
- A one-time grant of (max) €1000 towards the costs of (international) travel
- An Office facilitated and access to Leiden University Libraries.
Programme: Maximum of 10 months research grant
Eligible:
- Applicants must have fulfilled all requirement of the PhD candidates. If you are pursuing a PhD degree, you can also apply, provided that you graduate within 5 months after the deadline of this application.
- If you are applying for IIAS fellowship, you will receive a research grant in Netherland for a maximum of 10 months period.
- Successful applicants are expected to participated in IIAS Events, including Seminars, monthly lunch lecture, drink, the like.
