TAIWAN ASIAN YOUTH LEADERS ENGAGEMENT

The SEASAT Youth Camp’s goal is to enrich young students in the tertiary level, ages 18 to 24, in their familiarity with their Southeast Asian, South Asian, and Taiwan neighbors with participation of select American youth counterparts. In collaboration with the American Institute in Taiwan, the 5-day camp, will expose participants to contemporary issues affecting the region, cultural and educational tours and seminars, as well as a crash course on basic leadership. The Camp also doubles as a networking platform to further connect the SEASAT Youth.
Eligibilities
1. 18 to 24 years old
2. Interest in contemporary Indo-Pacific issues, and youth leadership
3. Resident of Southeast Asia, South Asia or Taiwan
4. Holds a passport/Means to travel to Taipei, Taiwan
The organizers will cover all expenses incurred during the camp, including meals, lodging (4-beds per room), insurance, educational materials, and other miscallenous fees (museum entrance fees), and local transportation for event-related activities.
