Fully Funded Scholarship on Science and Engineering for Cambodian Students (10 Places )
The Embassy is pleased to inform the public that a team from the Science Education Institute (SEI) is coming to Phnom Penh on 4 December 2017 to interview and screen Cambodians who are interested in applying for ten (10) fully-funded scholarships on science and engineering offered by the Philippine Government through the Department of Science and Technology.
During his State Visit to Cambodia in December last year, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte announced that the Philippine Government is offering (10) full scholarships to Cambodian candidates who wish to pursue graduate studies in science and engineering (five [5] Masters Degree and five [5] Doctoral Degrees) in the Philippines.
The scholarship award covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, book allowance, transportation and group insurance, health insurance, thesis and dissertation grants, and a round trip air fare, in accordance with Philippine government regulations.
The scholarship interviews will be held on 4 December 2017, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Embassy of the Philippines (No. 182 Norodom Boulevard. Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh).
Interested Cambodians are requested to comply with the admission requirements of their preferred Philippine university and can enlist for the interviews to determine their eligibility for scholarship and admission to a Philippine university.
