Fully Funded Research Fellowship at Rothamsted in England

The Rothamsted International Fellowship Scheme (RIFS) is pleased to offer scientists from developing countries to train at Rothamsted on a research project they develop jointly with a Project Leader at Rothamsted.

The duration of the fellowship is between 6 to 12 months.

Nationality: from developing countries




Fellowship awards:

  • an accommodation and subsistence allowance;
  • one return journey between the home country and Rothamsted;
  • a contribution towards institute/ project research costs

Important information:

  • You have doctoral status and at least two years post-doctoral experience.
  • You need to be citizens of developing countries.
  • It is important that applicants return back to their home country in order to apply what they have learnt.
  • The decision will be made within two months of application deadline.

  • Fellowship proposal
  • identify the Project Leader
  • complete the application form together with the Rothamsted Project Leader
  • Applications must be submitted by the Project Leader at Rothamsted by 12:00 UK time (GMT) on
  • Monday 16 October 2017.
