Faculty of Science Dean’s International Postgraduate Research Scholarship
This scholarship is funded by the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney, and aims to support outstanding higher degree research students with their studies.

Scholarship award:
- Annual stipend allowance equivalent to the Research Training Program (RTP) stipend rate indexed annually on January one, for up to three years for a PhD recipient, or 2 years for those undertaking a Masters by Research, subject to satisfactory academic performance. PhD recipients may apply for an extension of up to 6 months.

Eligibility:
In order to be eligible, you need to:
- Hold either a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for full-time studies in a Masters by Research or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) within the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney
- Have receive at least Weighted Average Mark (WAM) equivalent to a grade of 85 at the University of Sydney
- Not be an Australian/New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
