European Doctoral School of Demography Fellowship (Fully Funded)
Fellowship program is calling for applications for the school year 2018-2019. The purpose of the program is to provide students opportunity to pursue in the first year of their doctoral studies with an appropriate high-level education in demography.
Nationality: Both EU and Non-EU students
Where: to two different locations including
- At the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock, Germany (For preparatory courses)
- At the University of Southern Denmark in Odense, Denmark (For core courses)
Duration of the program: eleven-month program
Scholarship award: full fellowships
Eligibility:
You need to:
- Meet requirements for getting admission to the program
- Obtain above average Master’s degree in demography, mathematics, statistics, public health, economics, sociology, geography, biology, computer science, history
- Hold critical thinking and strong interest in fields related such as demography and population development either of humans or of species across the tree of life
- Enroll as PhD students at a University (for non-EU candidates)
- Be able to document the enrollment with required documents
