DMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1 Digital photo of the applicant measuring 4 x 5 cm or 1.5 x 2 inches.
*The background must be white, blue, or light blue. The image must be taken within six months before submission.
2 National identity card (photo side only) or passport photo page for non-Thai nationals.
* In the form of file extension .jpg, with a width no less than 500 pixels, a height no less than 350 pixels, and the file size no more than 1 MB
3 Academic qualification documents(For Academic year 2022)(as.pdf file)
3.1 Applicants who are still studying in the final year of their degree program are required to upload:
– A letter issued by the school confirming that the applicant is expected to complete their undergraduate program within 31st July 2022 and
– A transcript showing previous results of every semester throughout the program
3.2 Applicants who have already completed their undergraduate degree are required to upload a transcript showing the results of every semester throughout their previous undergraduate program.
4 English proficiency test results (valid for two years from the test date to the application deadline)(as .pdf file )
– TOEFL (Internet-based Test) at least 85 or
– IELTS (Academic) at least 7.0 (overall)
*The TOEFL/IELTS can be waived for applicants who (1) hold the nationality of Australia, Canada, the Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States of America; AND (2) have earned a Bachelor’s degree taught in English in the countries above.)
**Applicants who have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (International program) within two years or are in their final year of their current Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation with the results of one of the abovementioned English proficiency tests can use English proficiency test results previously applied for Bachelor’s degree (International program) admission or taken during the Bachelor’s degree or after the Bachelor’s degree graduation.

**The result is valid for two years from the test date to the application deadline.
6 A statement of purpose
– Outlining an applicant’s purpose for choosing this medical program
*The document must be typed in English with a maximum of two A4 pages using Times New Roman font size 12 single spacing between lines in the form of a .pdf file.
7 Curriculum Vitae displaying;
– An applicant’s education and work experience.
– Any substantial participation in research/academic experience, social contribution, volunteer activities, and personal awards/achievements in the last five years.
The document must be typed in English, with a maximum of five A4 pages, using Times New Roman font size 12, and single spacing
between lines.in the form of a .pdf file.
8 Two recommendation letters
At least one must come from your academic supervisor, head of your company and/or a co-worker, which must be sent directly to the faculty via email.
9 If candidates have ever had any legal changes in first names or surnames, proof documents must be uploaded as a .pdf file.
