Call for Applications: Distinguished Research Fellowships, Dresden, Germany

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: DISTINGUISHED RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS

Starting from 2021, the Faculty of Business and Economics of TU Dresden will grant up to three Distinguished Research Fellowships for internationally renowned scholars per year. Key objectives of the newly established Fellowship program are to foster innovative ideas and initiate exciting, vibrant research collaborations; to support the development of PhD students and earlycareer scholars (e.g., postdocs) of the Faculty; as well as to further expand the international research network and activities of the Faculty.

Fellowship applications are open to all international scholars at the professor level, including outstanding assistant and associate professors, who:

(a) are active researchers in one of the following fields: information systems, business administration, and economics;

(b) work at a university or research institution, *outside* of Germany; and

(c) have *no* recent collaboration history with current members of TU Dresden’s Faculty of Business and Economics (e.g., no joint research projects and/or publications within the last five years).


The first cohort of Distinguished Research Fellows will be awarded in spring 2021. Each Fellow will be provided with funds of up to 10,000 euros for the realization of a proposed research project (including travel, lodging, and other possible expenses associated with her/his stay at TU Dresden).
