Better World Undergraduate Scholarship at Trinity College Dublin

Award:  1-year scholarships valued between €2,000 to €4,000 each and 20 scholarships valued at €4,000 for all 4 years of study. Additionally, students applying for the Undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Engineering and the joint honours degree in Computer Science and Geography are eligible for a scholarship valued at €10,000 in year 1 followed by €4,000 in the consecutive years. Scholarships are applied as a reduction to the tuition fees.

BAI Engineering
BSc (Ing) Engineering with Management
B.A. Biological and Biomedical Science
B.A. Geography and Geoscience
B.A. Computer Science
B.A. Computer Science and Business
B.A. Computer Science and Language
Management Science and Information Systems Studies
BSc Environmental Science and Engineering
Joint Honours Computer Science and Geography

Who can apply:  Applicants who have non-EU status and will pay tuition fees at the non-EU rate, and hold an offer letter for any of the programmes above.
 
Selection Criteria:  The scholarship will be assessed based on academic achievement, and evaluation of the applicants’ potential to contribute to the overall TCD community
 
 
Application process 

Please submit your scholarship application through the following link. Note that you will need to include a 200-word statement on “How I will contribute to the E3 Initiative and provide Balanced Solutions for a Better World at Trinity College Dublin.”
The E3 Recruitment and Admissions Team will inform you if you’ve been selected for a scholarship and will inform you for the process to formally accept the scholarship. 
Application deadlines and announcement dates:

1st Batch Deadline: 1st March 2021
1st Batch Announcement: 1st April 2021

2nd Batch Deadline 1st May
2nd Batch Announcement: 1st June
