Official Chinese Government Scholarships 2019 – 20
There are series of scholarship programs to sponsor international students, teachers and scholars to study and conduct research in Chinese universities.
These scholarships are set up by the Chinese government.
Academic programs: programs in science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, economics, legal studies, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, and fine arts for scholarship recipients at all levels
The programs are available as following:
- Bilateral Program
- full scholarship in accordance with the educational exchange agreements or consensus
- Supports undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars and senior scholars
- Apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study of home countries
Chinese University Program
- Full scholarship
- For outstanding international students for graduate studies in China
- Supports undergraduates, postgraduate students and doctoral students.
- Apply to the designated Chinese universities undertaking this program
Great Wall Program
- Full scholarship for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
- Sponsor students and scholars in developing countries to study and research in China
- Supports general scholars and senior scholars
