Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship Program

This fellowship program will enable fellows to build long-term international networks and make use of other non-financial benefits the program offers. There are two types of the programs – Jacobs Early Career Research Fellowship, Jacobs Advanced Research Fellowship.

Types of fellowship and grants:

  • Jacobs Early Career Research Fellowship – 150,000 CHF
  • Jacobs Advanced Research Fellowship – 400,000 CHF

Eligibility:

In order to be considered, you need to:

Jacobs Early Career Research Fellowship

  • Highly talented young scholars
  • Have hold PhD no more than 7 years ago
  • Have past research accomplishments and publication record

Jacobs Advanced Research Fellowship

  • Most innovative mid-career researchers
  • Obtain your PhD no more than 15 years ago
  • Have past research accomplishments and publication record

What do you need to submit?

  • curriculum vitae including a list of the candidate’s scientific publications;
  • A statement by the candidate describing your significant scientific work and immediate research plans, and how these relate to the mission of the Jacobs Foundation
