IST plus Research Grant at Institute of Science and Technology, Austria

IST Plus is a partial Research grants, calling for qualified applicants from all over the world who are interested in doing a scientific research at IST Austria. By joining this programme, candidates will get a chance to carried out their own research, and a chance to develop their career by joining workshops, career counseling, the like.

Where: IST Austria (Institute of Science and Technology), Austria

Nationality: International Candidates

Duration: Maximum of 2 years, Full-time employment contract.

Benefit of the Fellowship:

1. 2 years’ full-time employment contract, with competitive salary and full social security coverage
2. A single paid relocation allowance of EUR 2,000
3. Additional single paid relocation allowance to the researcher with family of EUR 1,000
4. An on-campus housing (can be rent)

Eligible:

• Candidates must fulfill the Marie Curie mobility requirements in order to be selected.
• Candidates are eligible only if they are from outside of Austria or have been for a total less than 12 months during the latest 3 years in Austria
• You must have formally completed all requirements of your PhD and provide a copy of your diploma prior to the start of your employment
• Candidate who are already employed at the IST Austria are not eligible for this programme
• All candidate must include the ethics self-assessment form to be considered eligible.
