2019 Mexican Government Scholarships for international Students (Fully Funded)
To attract international student to come and pursue higher education in Mexico, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) invites foreign citizens to apply for this government scholarship. Candidates will get the chance to study in many state-recognized University in Mexico.

Nationality: International Candidates
Degree Programme:
- Undergraduate and Graduate Mobility Programs (1 academic term)
- Graduate-level Research and Postdoctoral Fellowship (12 months)
- Specialization (1 year)
- Master’s Degree (2 years)
- Doctoral Programs (3 or 4 years)
- Medical Specialization and sub specialization (3 years)
Scholarship benefit:
- A monthly allowance of USD $ 478. (USD $597 for Doctoral Programme, Postdoctoral fellowship, Medical Specialist)
- Registration Fee and tuition fees
- Health Insurance
- Cost of Visa
- International Round-trip airfare (depend on countries)
Eligible:
- Must be International Candidates applying for the Provided Programme
- Have achieved a minimum grade point average of 80 on the scale of 0 to 100 or equivalent for their latest degree received
- Must meet the admission requirement to the University they apply to, and be unconditionally admitted to the University (participating in this funding)
How to apply:
Candidates must submit their application in Online Application System. The application must be made online through the Academic Cooperation Management System (SIGCA) (https://sigca.sre.gob.mx/ )
Deadline: September 28th, 2018 (15:00 local Mexico time)
