(HEO7) $89,399 to $99,987 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

The Learning Enhancement and Innovation unit creates world-class blended and online learning experiences that service a diverse range of students right around the globe. As we scale to take on new projects and maintain a suite of existing programs, we are seeking candidates to join the team and shape the future with us.
This role lends itself to those with experience in teaching and learning, blended design and development, user experience, web and multimedia design and who are keen to apply their skills and knowledge to the development of courses across a broad spectrum of discipline areas.
We are seeking team members who can create innovative learning experiences and work collaboratively to solve complex problems. You will need to be an adept communicator who is able to liaise and negotiate solutions with a variety of stakeholders and partners. You should enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary, fast-moving creative team and have the ability to share your work and knowledge in a supportive environment.
The role has flexible working arrangements but will require regular periods on campus to meet team and stakeholder needs.
To be successful you will need:
- Strong understanding of educational principles and methodologies and their application in higher education, including experience in the design and development of blended and/or online educational programs, courses and activities.
- Experience in designing learning content and activities, including working with a Learning Management System and the implementation of curriculum design principles.
- Operational familiarity with a number of common software tools, including MS Office, educational technologies, project management tools, media, visual and graphic design tools.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, demonstrating well developed organisational skills and a capacity to act independently within established guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a collaborative team environment and independently, develop productive relationships quickly, and sustain a client service orientation.
