2017 Chinese Government Scholarship Program, Master and PhD
The scholarship is provided by one university in Tianjin located in northeastern China, and by Government, in the purpose of providing the opportunity to students outside the China to try out education system in China.
The students will study at HERBEI University of Technology
Scholarship award: tuition waiver, accommodation, living expenses according to your level of study.
Level of study: Master, Doctoral
Duration:
- No more than three academic years for master’s students
- No more than four academic years for doctoral student
Important information:
- You are citizens holding a valid foreign passport from other than the People’s Republic of China.
- You have to be in good health, and you are not students in China.
- You have to be in age limitation.
- under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
- under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
- You have English Language proficiency: at least 90 in TOFEL, or at least than 6.5 in IELTS.
- You need to apply for university admission.
- Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
What do you need to submit?
- Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information System (visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org
- Complete application forms and send all HARD COPIES of application forms to the School of International Education of Hebei University of Technology.
- Complete “Supervisor Offer for International Students of Hebei University of Technology”.
- Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date.
- Academic Transcripts.
- A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English in a minimum of 800 words).
- Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English)
- A CD of your own works (only required for arts students).
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy)
