Motivation letter is a personal letter that you need to be you to give good impression to the selection committee or readers. The letter is not about how long you can write or how good your English ability is, but it is about how you can write a persuasive and strong letter about yourself.

Also, you can ask other people to read your letter for feedbacks. Asking them to read may help you to improve your words and sentences used, flow of ideas, so on and so forth.
